Learning goals
| During the bachelor thesis, students will develop a written thesis which deals with a focused scientific problem in the broad field of strategic management and organization theory. They will look into a specific subject, use their knowledge of different scientific methods and learn how to systematically deal with the theoretic and empiric aspects of a final thesis.

Learning content
| The central learning contents are the formulation of a central research question, the development of a concept, literature research, data collection and analysis as well as the development of a well-structured scientific final thesis.

Forms of knowledge intermediation
| Students who choose to write their final thesis at the chair of strategic management and organization will independently handle a scientific topic with an empirical focal point. The results are to be presented and defended afterwards.

Recommended previous knowledge
| A general affinity regarding empirical research is beneficial.

| Students who aim at writing their final thesis are recommended to attend the classes offered by the chair. The successful completion of a seminar is a requirement for admittance.
